But first starting with an amazing Sake Dinner May 26th & 27th at The Tempered Room with an incredible lineup of chefs – Nick Liu from Dai Lo, Scott Vivian from Beast Restaurant, Bertrand Alépée from The Tempered Room, David H. Chow from his namesake line of chocolates/confections, and Richie Nakano from Delfina (& formerly of Hapa Ramen) in San Francisco
