Canadian Club Portfolio testing
Was a great evening being able to make our own Old Fashions & Manhattans then sit down for a structured tasting of there whiskeys

We arrived at the Citzen on king to be welcome with a custom drink made with the Canadian Club 100% Rye
It was quite good & mingled with other invited guests & enjoyed great apps spring rolls, sliders & lamb chops & poutine

Then we were lead into another room for the actual main event the structured tasting of 4 different whiskies 1865 premium , 100% rye , sherry cask & the 12 year old varieties my fav was the 12 year & 100% rye

Then came back out into the reception & went to the bars that were setup for us to learn & make Old Fashions & Dry Rye Manhattans with of course the new Canadian Club 100% rye It was a great fun & educational night with Canadian Club & praxispr thanks for the take way gift bag as well
